The restaurant at The Inn at Langley, under the creative eye of Northwest award-winning Chef Matt Costello, is the gem of the Inn. This Whidbey Island restaurant overlooks a fabulous herb garden and features a double-sided river rock fireplace. The open kitchen allows you to marvel at Chef Costello's finesse as he prepares a six-course dinner, featuring Whidbey Island's freshest seasonal fare. You may complement this culinary dynamic by the Inn's extensive wine collection. Dinner is served every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night year-round and Thursday through Sunday nights during the summer months of June-August.
An evening with Chef Costello guarantees the quintessential Island experience. Menu items include Penn Cove mussels, locally foraged mushrooms, troll-caught salmon and produce plucked from local farmers’ markets.
